What Valiant alliance is all about is cooperation and enjoying evony. In my experience getting owned in this game is not fun. In view of this a lot of information ahs been made available to you so you can play well. However, how much you get involved with the alliance is up to individuals, remember though you get out what you put in.
Reasons for expelling a member there are a few game reasons for temporarily expelling members which i will post about later, put this is about being kicked from the alliance.
1) Those who are inactive for a week without reason will generally get expelled, more active members may be given a little more time.
2) Inapproptiate behaviour such as rudeness wil result in a warning, followed by immediate expullsion, if warning is ignored.
3) I have a low tolerance for whining do this to often adn you risk getting kicked. Warnings will be given, how many depends on my mood and level of tolerance. More likely to happen if I am tired, already irritated or busy.You've been warned.
4) Members who do not reach minimum requirements within a reasonable time frame may be kicked to allow a replacement to enter alliance if we are near capacity. Those members who are most involved with alliance will take priority over those who participate less and are more likley to stay in.
5) Members with minimum involvement with alliance are fine, but do run risk of being replaced by people who are likely to be more actively involved. They should ensure this does not happen by being strong individuals capable of reaching min req without assistance, fighting their own battles and improving all the time.
