COLD WAR (undeclared)

Payback are rapidly becoming a pain in our ass,so they are going to be our next big target after we deal with OUTCASTS provided we are not badly beaten. We should be strong enough to take on Payback if we do well against OUTCASTS. Depending on outcome of this war we will tackle Payback asap which could be a few days after or a week when we can build up strength even further.
DO NOT pick a fight with these guys, but if attacked, scout or hit back if you wish.

Preperation for war with OUTCASTS are not to be wasted. Since Payback declared on us we are going to launch a majot offensive tommorow. Details have been mailed but time will be 13.30 tommorow 31st January and will continue through to following day.
