Valiant Elite Forces

Valiant is not about rank or size but skill. So if you are looking for an alliance in top ten don't look here. We may get there but its not a goal. Our goal is rather to be as the Spartan 600 highly skilled, ruthless and deadly.Valiant is about team work and active support of each other. Tight knit unit.

This is not a democratic alliance we are a miltia run as such orders from higher ranked members will be respected and treated as commands even when phrased as a request. Frequent insubordination will lead to punishment duties and eventually expulsion.

Those who join Valliant will be expected to participate as much as they can do. Team work and team effort is essential. ALL members of Valiant WILL participate or gain strikes. Three strikes you will receive a warning if you do not respond and appeal you will be expelled.

We plan to start testing our members. These tests wil be fairly simple to check you understand basics and can work effectively as a team. Tests must be done failing to do tests is not an option. These tests will gain you and your team Valiant points. Failing a test wil result in Valiant point deductions. These tests will lead to competitions. Valiant points will earn rank within the alliance. Individuals may become officers and top ranked teams will get first say in decision making.

After test will come prize competitions based on those tests, some for teams, some for individuals. Prizes may be resources,cities or coins depending on competition. Tests are compulsory competitions are not but you are encouraged to join in as many activities as possible.
